How do I customize the distribution of payments between school and teachers?

Editing the school profile and teacher payouts is only available to the school principal. To do this you need to go to the school tab, where in the teachers table you can customize their Payout by the edit button:
In the form that opens, you can change the Payout Rate to any value between 0 and 100 and save the changes:
Examples:
100% Payout Rate - means that all of the teacher's earnings after deducting the commission will be credited to the teacher's balance
0% Payout Rate - means that all teacher's earnings after deduction of commission will be credited to the balance of the principal of the school where the teacher works.
75% Payout Rate - means that 75% of the teacher's earnings after deduction of commission will be credited to the balance of the teacher and 25% to the balance of the principal of the school where the teacher works.
